Join us for a run or walk in November
All are welcome to join my occasional running/walking group – a chance to walk or run at your own pace in various locations around Sutherland Shire and St. George. We usually meet on Saturday afternoons, but from time to time other days as well, so let me know if you are interested, and I will put you on the email list.

Meet at Waterfall Rd., Oatley (look for signs for Bush Care Group)
Walk, run or some of each around Lime Kiln Bay and Oatley Park
Approximately one hour – choice of pace and terrain. Meet at end for stretching, snacks and drinks.
