Balance and strength for seniors in Oatley.

This new class, designed for people over 60 and with a special focus on improving balance and strength for daily living tasks, runs on Wednesdays at Oatley Uniting Church hall.

It includes a warm up (no complicated routines), a series of specific balance exercises, some strength exercises using bands and light weights, stretching and a cool down. Suitable for all fitness levels, and designed especially for those who wish to improve their balance and prevent falls. 

When? Wednesdays in school terms, 11.30 am – 12.30 pm

Where? Oatley Uniting Church hall (enter on Frederick St.)

How much? $8/class (pay by class; discounts are available if paying by term)
